The time has come for our League to have a written down, point-by-point set of laws by which to resolve any disputes or issues that may arise in the future. For this reason, I've taken it upon myself to codify all the unwritten rules that our League has abided by these last 11 years, and will submit it for approval at our annual Offseason Owners Meeting.
